New favorite coffee and study spot! Came with my sister to get some work done and I absolutely loved it! I read online that their Vietnamese coffee was bomb so I had to try it myself. I got the viet coffee and two ham and cheese croissants. The croissant was super flaky and pretty good warmed up. We wanted to try the spam misubi but it's only available in the afternoon. The coffee is literally my fav. It's strong but not too strong that it makes you feel sick. It's pretty spacious inside so there's lots of tables with plugs if you need to study. Definitely come and try this place out! Staff is nice and welcoming as well!

The Vietnamese egg coffee with taro foam was really good but definitely dessert level sweetness. Also the service was fast and friendly. Lots of parking here since it's in a strip mall vibe. There are quite a few tables inside but it's small inside. I definitely recommend trying this place.

This was my first time here and I thought the environment was really chill. I got a vanilla latte and a friend got a hazelnut Vietnamese coffee. The latte was rather milky and lacked any espresso taste while also being a tad bit too sweet. So word of advice for next time, I would get it less sweet and maybe get something stronger. As for the Vietnamese coffee, while it was supposed to taste like hazelnut, I tasted a hint of coconut. I'm not sure if my taste buds are out but that's what I tasted. It was really good overall though. Customer service was also really good, efficient as well.

Always hits the spot! Parking could be tricky in this busy plaza. Ambiance inside could be loud. Popular study spot for everyone and I always notice small groups of people for casual talking as well. They have a good music playlist! Order at the counter or on the kiosk on the right upon entering facility. Service is pretty quick for the drinks. Tried something new today: Iced Strawberry Green Tea. Yum! They add real strawberries and the green tea base is pretty subtle.
